Dr. Kayla Garbera
Dr. Kayla was born and raised in Robinson Township, just a few minutes outside of Pittsburgh. She has always had a passion for providing care to others. In high school, she obtained her cosmetology license and worked in several salons providing beauty services. While working in the salon industry, Dr. Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science from California University of Pennsylvania, now known as PennWest University.
Dr. Kayla was originally drawn to chiropractic because she was deeply saddened by the drug epidemic affecting our country and felt a strong desire to continue and expand her education in a way that allowed her to help others naturally. During the time she spent shadowing chiropractors, she witnessed small chiropractic miracles that inspired her to pursue the profession. Shortly after shadowing, she enrolled at Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina in January 2019.
Dr. Kayla graduated in September 2022 and worked as an associate doctor in South Carolina for one year before returning home to help care for her mom.
After working in an office environment that often felt rushed and focused more on numbers than true patient connection, Dr. Kayla knew she wanted to create something different. Her goal in her own office is to ensure that every patient feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their chiropractic journey. She is dedicated to prioritizing spinal health through holistic chiropractic care and believes the spine plays a vital role in overall health and wellness. With a full-spine approach, Dr. Kayla aims to support not only pain relief, but also long-term vitality, balance, and well-being.
Dr. Kayla’s adjusting style is rooted in traditional, hands-on chiropractic care. She primarily utilizes manual full-spine adjusting techniques, while also offering instrument-assisted adjustments for patients who prefer a gentler, low-force option. Her goal is to provide individualized care that meets each patient’s needs, comfort level, and health goals.
